Oh lord! I cant believe you guys are still going with this thread. We will know what is happening when there is an announcement from the band. Until then nobody except them and the management know anything!

This thread alone must have created tons of conspiracy theories!!! It will happen when it happens. Del made a statement to the fans a couple of months back now. A whole lot could have happened behind the scenes in this time.

We will know when we are meant to know. Simple as that. As we will when the album is ready! Have you people got nothing better to be doing than just adding to a thread that is pure hearsay for the sake of it? Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but there seems to be a whole heap of people who actually think they know what is going on, when they dont!

Well the big deal is, we as fans are trying to get to know a new band and me personally when I saw them in 02 I really liked buckethead and then he left. I saw them again in 06 and Robin became my favorite and now he could be gone. It's really hard to connect with a band that seems to be always evolving and they haven't even released an album yet. Also Robin is the fucking man!!!

Im just looking at the situation and giving my opinion on it. Just like everyone else here does

And you are right when you say people know nothing. I agree with that. I would also say that the band doesnt know things at times either. That is why this has been a crazy ride. I dont think the band knows yet what Robin is exactely up to. Or they may know by now(hopefully) but at the time they def didnt. That I do know.

Imo they didnt say much about Robin because they didnt know! They were just coming off the positive Dr Pepper press and new management announcement. I highly doubt they wanted to issue a press release announcing the departure of their lead guitarist right after all of that. Throw in the fact that they were blindsided by Robins departure.

 What they are hoping for is for Robin to change his mind and come back to the band when they are ready to release the album/tour/promo/etc. They arent going to say anything until that time. It buys them some time. And hopefully during that time Robins comes back and they, and all of you can say...see I told you so  he never left!

Everyone here is relaxing, enjoying their lives and are patiently waiting. Till that day comes we are allowed to discuss and speculate on our favorite band are we not?
