Well Jarmo, we are a 1/3 through the year..... If 08 is year, not a ton of time is left for planning so I can understand why people would feel no tour this year.  

Dude it's the first week in April! Not a ton of time left?! You can't be serious... 

Aren't all the big festivals pretty much booked?  Ya, it could happen, just saying they would have to get busy fast.

What if they don't want to play festivals? There really is no reason they couldn't do everything this year, time isn't running out just yet.

in a band as big as GnR with as much $$$ as Uni has put into the recording process i would think that it would be a 2 way street...even if axl is done recording he might as well stick the masters up his ass for all its worth if he wont talk to the label to work out a release schedule   axl sleeping with the cd under his pillow certainly doesnt do any favors for the fans who have been dying to listen to the fucking thing forever

Guns N' Roses is a band, not just Axl.  It isn't helping the cause to promote things that are 20 years old.

Not to mention these rumours are everywhere, they mean nothing.  I even saw two shows listed on Facebook that GNR are supposed to be partaking in.  I wonder if they even know they are playing them?

If a tour was in the works we would know about it.

I am sure much more effort is being put into the release of CD right now.

But you're happy to rely on hearsay that you heard from somebody when it's not coming from GN'R.

Your sources don't need any press releases for you to believe it, but GN'R does.

Come on people.. dont start this discussion again..
CD is not out.. and we dont know when it will be.. could take years, could be out later this year. no one knows
GNR aint perfect, and they have made alot of mistakes trough the years, special when it comes to communicate
with fans.. But its getting better, and "they say" Chinese Democracy is finished.. lets hope things go well
for them.. and that Robin is only on a short visit in NIN land..
