The Titans have all the ingrediants of a Superbowl team: great defense, great running game, a QB who doesn't make mistakes. People underestimate them because they aren't flashy and they don't blow teams out. But yet they continue to win week after week, and in different ways: teams have started to take away the running game lately, and yet Kerry Collins goes out and throws for 300 yards.

However, I still think the Giants are the best team in the NFL. Like the Titans, they also have that great defense and running game . . . But the Giants have the more explosive offense. If the two teams met, and Eli played smart without any costly turnovers, I think the Giants would win.

Collins did the same thing with the Giants and took them to the Super Bowl............where he proceded to shit the bed and throw 4 INT's hihi

nah

best team in the AFC is still the Steelers

once they get fully healthy, they will give teams like the Jets fits.

I'm a life-long Steeler fan but being objective; I have to say the Jets look like the team to beat in the AFC as of right now

Personally I think the Steelers offensive line isn't going to be strong enough to keep Ben health or open enough holes when it comes playoff time Cry

I think the Jets, Steelers, Titans and Colts all have a realistic shot of making it to the Superbowl. Hell, if Matt Cassel keeps throwing for 400 yards every game, the Patriots could get there too.

I don't really see anybody in the NFC beating the Giants in the playoffs, though. Carolina was supposed to be the second best team in the NFC, and they got their asses handed to them yesterday by the Atlanta Falcons.

Can't wait for tonight's game.  The Packers defense, not having to worry much about the running game, can sit back and challenge Brees all game long.   I believe our opportunistic defensive backs will continue their season of game-changing interceptions against Brees who brings the second-highest INT count in the league.

The media wants you to think shootout.... I see it a second straight lopsided thrashing by the Green Bay Packers.

Pittsburgh played the Giants very tough minus their top running back and 2nd best receiver; the Jets have one of the better run defenses in the NFL.  Personally I think both of these teams can be a tough out for the Giants if they make it back to the Superbowl.

I would never self-delete a post. That's for homos.

I guess coming home after six weeks on the road really gave that Saints D a boost....   I think it's clear that nobody will be slowing Brees down this year.  Exceptional player.

Tough loss, but fortunately the NFC-N is full of teams that can't manage to stay consistent.

Looking at the schedules, an 8-8 team will probably take the North... yikes.

Vegas sure loved that game... all the action was on GB.

Now that he's been named the starter, I hope Donovan McNabb has the game of his life Thursday night. It's pretty obvious that these are going to be his last few games as an Eagle, so I hope he has an amazing run these next few weeks and plays amazing football and proves to everybody that he's still one of the top QBs in the NFL.

Where oh where are all the McNabb haters right about now?  I do have to admit, part of me wanted him to not have a great game.  That probably would have increased the odds of him wearing purple and gold next year.  Damn!

Big deal, he had a good game against a weak-ass team that sits atop a weak-ass division.

It was mostly a Brian Westbrook game.  Let's all take a 'lude and settle down for a second.
