Yeah, that sucks for him....I'm listening to his teams scanner, he's in the garage, but with the red flag they're not allowed to touch it yet, but they think they can get the car back on the track to salvage at least some points

Yeah, hopefully he'll be able to get back out and score some points.

Two Hendrick cars out in one fell swoop.

I'm kinda happy in a way.  You reap what you sow!  (Regarding the nasty weather in Fontana.  That's karma for ya.)

And NASCAR too!  They should have just waited to start the race tomorrow.  Here's the forecast for tomorrow from weather.com

Precip:           0%
Sunshine along with some cloudy intervals. High 67F. Winds N at 5 to 10 mph.

well, Edwards got it. After I thought Gordon with his dominant run last  night was going to win it. Montoya had a top 10 car , b4 the last pit stop he was 11th, but It seems he hit the wall , not hard though, but hard enough to damage the aerodynamics ended in 20th. better than the 26th last year. Man that was a long f... race,  Watching the nationwide now. It's astonishing how some of the drivers from the cup race are running this one as well.. great athletes.. One more thing. If Kyle Busch gets a decent result in the nationwide race, he could finish as the leader in all three series.  beer

Cousin Carl wins.  I got home from school with about 37 laps left.

Single file racing the whole way through.

Yawn.  It was like watching Formula 1.

I've never liked the California race cause of that exact reason. It looks just like everyone is out driving on the interstate. Everyone is all spread out. Just the same with the races at Chicagoland, Pocono, Kansas City, Michigan, and Homestead-Miami.

Boring.

Hell, what am I saying!  Formula 1 was good last year!

Homestead is good now that they have added banking.  I can't believe that they built Chicagoland and Kansas in the same manner!  And they both opened in 2001!  Talk about being uncreative!

We need more short tracks on the schedule.  And no more D-shaped ovals!

Yes. I think it would be cool to have another track like Bristol. Maybe, even a third road course would be interesting.

California with 2 races is too many!
Texas with 2 races is too many!
Pocono with 2 races is way too many!
Dover with 2 races is way too many!

Dover and Pocono.

1,800 miles of racing between the two tracks.

Let's dance with The Lady in Black twice, build a short track in New York, and level Pocono!

I want to see another super speedway added, and another road course. To many cookie cutter tracks.....Vegas used to be a boring race, but since they added the banking last year it got better....I'm hoping for a good race in Vegas this year, at $257 a pop it better be!!

I do think if NASCAR backs another track being built, it will be built in either Seattle/Northwest area somewhere or New York. But to think Seattle and all the rain they get year around, would be crazy trying to get a race in without weather delays and postponements.

I love restrictor plate racing!

The racing in Vegas will be better this year, because you will have more rubber laid down, and you will have more racing grooves.

Have a GREAT time dude!

Yeah, Seattle is out...unless they move a Pocono race there in the summertime.

From what I've heard, There may be second Nascar event here in Vegas in 2009, which is good for me, seeing that I can go to two races a year, but I do agree, it would be better for the sport to add a different type of track.

That's the only way Bruton gets more racing.  He buys up other tracks.

I m kind of new to this NASCAR stuff, But the SuperSpeedway races are definitely my favorites. There's nothing better than to watch 3 wide racing at 190 MPH. But I also think there should be at least two more road courses, and at least one in the chase. There's where one can see all the qualities of a great driver. Again 7th int the standings for today's race// I hope some improvement for next week by not choosing Jr hihi
