Oh, by the way - I've got a US Promo Copy of Live Era that I completely forgot that I had 'till just now. The case is missing a piece where it snaps into the hole to keep the cover on, but that's how I bought it. It has a "Promo Copy, not for sale" stick on the front.

A lot of stuff is eBay, but some other items come from scouring the internet.  For example, the Civil War promo cd (the one with two edits) I found for only $28, and that was SEALED!
