I used most of my time last fall as a set constructor making a set for my university's spex "N??speksi".
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spex_(theatre) A lot of the time also went on the road (set changes between the scenes) and a lot of times a lot of the behind the scenes crew (esp. set constructors) were called out by the audience to participate in a scene.
I had propably the best fall of my life, and I will most propably be applying for a part come next fall. I also perform in our university's improv group.
I'm also interested in more traditional theatre as a spectator, but most of my interest lies with N??speksi.
