I was watching "Behind The Music" last night on Courtney Love before falling to sleep and she mentioned Axl during a bumper prior to a commercial.  They were setting up her relationship with Kurt Cobain and she said that Kurt and Axl Rose had the 2 best noses in LA.  But she wasn't going to mate with Axl Rose. 

That's all I saw though.  I fell asleep before the actual part came on, so I don't know if there was any more to it than that.  I never knew Axl had such a nice nose.

This is a really really short reference so bare with me. 

In the UK, there is a Vodophone advertisement where it's advertising summer events, not only music. It shows formula 1, I believe along with models on the catwalk. Halfway through, it shows you the Download 2006 stage while GN'R are performing and you can see Axl standing at the centre.

As I said it's really quick so if you want to look for it, you should notice the Download Stage (the red one in 2006). And then pause, then you can see GN'Rs' banner and equipment from afar, with Axl standing there.

It's also a far shot, just thought I'd mention it as it's really random.

Just caught a TV trailer for the new Stallone flick The Expendables, and it had "Paradise City" playing over most of it.  Seems like the perfect movie for some GN'R mayhem!

Just seen the Expendables clip on Quest (just before American Chopper and after American Hotrod, RIP Boyd Coddington) from the first note you just know its PC  and you stop jaw-boning to watch....

This is an unexpected GN'R reference on a serviced apartments website in Leeds. If you click the link you will see straight away a guy with his back turned to the camera, and you can clearly see he is wearing a shirt with UYI 1 and 2 on the back.

Really?  Well thanks for clearing that up.  I had the TV on and I heard it in the background.  I perked up because it sounded like Chinese Democracy, but I figured I would've heard about it by now if it actually was.

In Camp Rock 2 (the movie and the soundtrack), during a song called "Heart and Soul" the line:

About 3/4 of the way through the song.

My kids get all excited when they hear the Axl mention.
