Yeah, probably mentioned before: Ned Flanders on the Simpsons:
"Welcome to the jungle gym" somethin' about safe fun n' games, "lay down some astro-turf, so they don't skin their kn-kn-kna-kna-kna-kna-knees!"
What season was that? What episode was it?
Season 17. Episode 14.
"Bart Has Two Mommies"
A monkey holds Bart hostage while under Homer's care, leaving Marge to figure out how to get her son back.
Cast: Dan Castellaneta, Julie Kavner, Nancy Cartwright, Yeardley Smith, Hank Azaria, Harry Shearer, Pamela Hayden.
Producer(s): James L. Brooks, Matt Groening, Al Jean.
Original Airdate: March 19, 2006

F1 loves their GNR
PS: Love that white jacket Axl wore in 2006 where Axl, Beta and co. visit the F1 race in England. Really cool. Reminds me of this pearl design on some Eton shirts.

Saw that when I went to see Wanted & The Dark Knight. Thought the movie was pretty sweet with the preview then WTTJ came on and I was in heaven.

Today's NY Post has a review of the new Will Ferrell movie 'Step Brothers' and it mentions SCOM.
MOVIE REVIEW
BEST IN BRO!
'Step Brothers' funniest film of year
By KYLE SMITH
July 25, 2008 --
I thought I knew funny, but I was mistaken. Before the blessed light of "Step Brothers" entered my life, I knew not the sweet comedic splendors of live burial, bunk-bed catastrophe or
a minivan family singing "Sweet Child O' Mine" in four-part harmony.

Saw Step Brothers last night with Will Ferrell. Wasn't too bad of a movie, quite funny at times.
However, when Will's brother and his family are coming over for dinner (or something to that effect..) they start singing SCOM in the car on the way. Not to post any spoilers, but the brother is a dick and it's just a funny moment.

the Australian soap 'neighbours' usually has quite a few Guns n Roses posters or tee shirts. Not so much any more as they seem to kill everyone off these days but did up until not so long ago.

The trailer in the new movie Death Race has welcome to the jungle playing.
Saw it tonight for the first time. Very cool. It wasn't just the intro 10 or 15 seconds ya hear at kickoff of an NFL football game.

Anyone seen the preview for "Death Race"? Its a new movie opening in a couple of weeks and though out the t.v. trailer WTTJ is playing. I guess they really are trying to get GnR back into the public eye.

Anyone, besides me, see the trailer for the movie Death Race? WTTJ is playing through the whole thing, it's pretty a bad-ass commercial. It starts off w/ the opening guitar riff... f'n cool.

yeah but it kind of sucks because they wouldn't let a movie use it "Black Hawk Down" and the soldiers were ACTUALLY listening to WTTJ preparing for battle or whatever but they let a cheesy Running Man knock off movie use it.........

I was so let down when I heard about WTTJ not being allowed in "Black Hawk Down". Such a good film and the song would have been great in the film.
