Frank playing in NYC with Pisser [UPDATED with pics & new MAR dates]

Pisser, the band Frank was in with fellow Honky Toast members Richard Fortus and Eric J Toast is playing two gigs this month in New York City.
On January
11th
at Don Hill's (at midnight) and then on the
14th
at Snitch.
The band consist of Eric J Toast on vocals, Antony Esposito on bass (Lynch Mob, Ace Frehley), Rob Bailey on guitar (NYC session legend) and Frank on drums.
New dates:
March 29th: New York, NY @ Dirty Bomb (168 Delancey Street

January 31: New York, NY @ Don Hill's (10pm)
February 2nd: New York, NY @ Ace of Clubs (midnight)
February 8th: TBA, NJ @ The Rockstars and Strippers party

Isn't Snitch the place that Duff and Scott bought or invested in and also played a few years ago if I remember? Maybe I have the name wrong.
