This album is gonna be great!

Make a Memory is awesome!

They've totally went away from the Its My life, Have A nice Day feel which is great.

Songs are sorta hit or miss first listen.

Think I'll hold off on listen to anything else be sides the title track.

though from the title track it seem like it;s going to be album that is going to take a few spins for it sinks in.

they've definately gone to a more country vibe, i think the outcome of this will be very good for bon jovi because not only will he keep his original fanbase, he will get new ones in the country genre.  i love the new song lost highway.  i really think they are making a mistake putting make a memory as the first single, its not as strong as lost highway  Undecided

Make A Memory is gonna hit big on Country Radio and then Crossover to Pop radio. They are just changing it up a bit. Going away from the formulatic release.

They got away from the ballad on the last album, so its nice to hear another one.

Bon Jovi going country... what a waste of such a good rock band!
Richie Sambora is one of the best rock guitarists ever, and he's now playing country? nervous

Why don't they put out a killer rock album that outdoes Keep The Faith, maybe they aren't capable of doing so anymore?

Anyway, what do I care, they don't tour this part of the world anymore, so...

Wonder if there will be a video?

Here's all the latest I've received from the band's label here in Europe :

- There will be a video for "(You Want To) Make A Memory".
- They will shoot the video early in april. The video will be out at the end of april.
- There will be new band's pics next month.
- The album is not finished yet. It will be finished at the end of april.
- The official website will be updated to fit the new album. The new version of the site will go online in may.
- The band will do a gig in London, to launch the album in Europe, on june 24th. Here's were they'll play -> http://www.theo2.co.uk/web/guest/whatson/arena

There's a lot of US appearances scheduled for the next months, and of course all that goes with promotion (phoned interviews, etc.)

- The band is currently in talk with VH1 & CMT to tape an acoustic session (kinda like the one they did for Keep The Faith).

- There will be a tour for this album, but nothing's been announced yet.

Wow thanks for the updates man

You're welcome Wink

Too bad I'm from Belgium, I'm running a BJ site but it's all in french.

Anyway, if you're looking for pics of the band and stuffs, here's the link -> www.foreverbonjovi.com

We're not an official site, but we've followed the same line of conduct since we started the site, and the band's label is now contacting us regularly to provide us updates and they give us cd's, posters and other goodies every now and then, so we can do contests etc.

We've been working with them since the Box Set. I guess being loyal and true to the band paid for us.

Same as HTGTH ( at another level of course Wink )

BON JOVI OPENS THE O2 ARENA - SUNDAY 24TH JUNE!

AFTER INTENSE SPECULATION OVER WHO WOULD BE THE FIRST ARTIST TO PERFORM AT EUROPE?S MOST SPECTACULAR NEW ARENA BON JOVI HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED AS THE GROUP TO TAKE THE HONOURS!

Bon Jovi are back in the UK for their only appearance of 2007. Bon Jovi are without doubt one of the world?s greatest live rock bands, and they in turn will be opening Europe?s greatest new arena, The O2.

Bon Jovi, who sold over 300,000 tickets and 6 stadiums at their British shows last year, will be appearing at The O2 on Sunday 24th June. It will be the first time in 15 years that Jovi have played indoors in the UK.

I have lost a lot of my interest in Bon Jovi. There was a time when I followed them as closely as GN'R, a time when I lined up for them at 6am and stood through acts such as Pink and Five to watch them play at a pop music festival because they didn't do their own tour.

Since These Days, they have not toured Australia properly once. They miss us every time. At the time it was said due to the costs involved and the poor Australian dollar.

We are missed every time. I don't know why, they have a big fan base here. Although I am sure many have lost interest like me because of their lack of touring to keep people hyped. Have a Nice Day (the album) didnt appear to do very well here, yet Crush and Bounce did alright. People seem to have lost interest.

They hoar out their merchandise like there is no tomorrow. I get emails from bonjovi.com 'get your special framed slippery poster for $250' etc. constantly. I just get disappointed when I see Jon as the face of mens perfumes here at department stores, and get these emails but never get a chance to actually hear the rock I grew up listening to.

That and the fact they seem to have gone country just turns me off taking an interest anymore. I haven't heard the new stuff there so I could be wrong. They seem to be interested in making the albums and some cash and doing the big things like being the first band to peform here and there and doing the Giant Stadium shows and showing people 'how big they are'.

I'm just very disappointed.
