when it comes to a band like Bon Jovi who are a proven "GREAT BAND" I think u can say "I dont like them, and I hate them"

But u definitely can't say they 'suck' because their career proves otherwise.

bands with no talent don't somehow magically make it 25 years and stay as successful as BJ have.

It's all a matter of opinion of course.

But I don't understand hanging out in a thread of a band you did not like to argue about it.

Police seek child endangerment charge in Sambora case

Link

Police are asking for a misdemeanor child endangerment charge against Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora following his drunken-driving arrest in Laguna Beach, Calif., last month.

The 48-year-old musician was stopped after a police officer saw Sambora's black Hummer weaving in traffic. Police say he was arrested without incident after failing a field sobriety test.

Authorities haven't released the names of a woman and two girls who were passengers in Sambora's car.

Calls to Sambora's publicist and the district attorney's office weren't immediately returned early Wednesday.

I would be seeing them at the Sommet like D is, but tickets were just ridiculous.

Ever since they closed down Starwood Amp. no bands come here of big magnitude and when they do, they play the Summit Center, and when they play the Summit, it's like 60 bucks for junk seats, and the acoustics in that arena are bad I heard.

Bon Jovi are one of the greatest bands of all time (top 10) and I would die to see them, but the only seat open as of 4 weeks ago was a 119 dollar corner seat, last row behind teh stage...

So I would be paying 119 dollars, to be far away, last row, where I couldn't phyically see the band...

screw that. I love Bon Jovi but not enough to blow that much money.

THey will tour around here soon again. I'm hoping.

Drink-drive sentence for Sambora

Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora has been sentenced to three years' probation after admitting to driving under the influence of alcohol.

The 48-year-old pleaded no contest, prompting the judge in Santa Ana, California to drop a second charge.

Sambora, who was not at the court hearing, will also have to attend first offender alcohol awareness classes.

He was arrested on 25 March in Laguna Beach after his car was seen weaving between traffic lanes.

Insufficient evidence

Sambora is forbidden from having any measurable quantity of alcohol in his system while driving as a condition of his probation.

A woman and two children were travelling with the musician at the time, leading police to ask a charge of child endangerment to be brought against Sambora.

But prosecutors said they had insufficient evidence to proceed.

The two children were released to the woman's custody after Sambora's arrest.

The musician co-founded Bon Jovi in 1983, along with frontman Jon Bon Jovi, keyboardist David Bryan, bassist Alec John Such, and drummer Tico Torres.

Their hit albums include Slippery When Wet, New Jersey, and Keep the Faith.

The group released their latest album, Lost Highway, in 2007.

Wow!!!!!! What an amazing concert and experience!'

First off, to say this place was sold out is an understatement.

Not only was every seat filled but they even sold out the seats behind the stage where u cant see shit.

Jon was ON FIRE last night. He must have quit smoking and started back with a vocal coach cause his voice hasnt been this powerful since "These Days" era.

He hit every single note and really got a way from that octave down shit he had been doing. He nailed every single high note in Blaze of Glory and effortless hit the ones on Livin On a Prayer.

They played for almost 2 and a half hours.

Big and Rich came out for We Got It Goin On

and LEANN RIMES came out for the duet on Till We Aint Strangers

That was an awesome moment!

They stuck to a hit heavy setlist. Really nothing obscure except for "Blood Money" which blew me away only thing I would've changed WAS I wouldve killed to hear"Radio Saved My Life Tonight'

it was a great concert anyhow.  Everything was perfect, they are truly one of the greatest live bands ever

They sound better live than on CD and Jon was all over the stage.

The VIP people who bought the expensive tickets really got their money's worth. one side was filled with women and Jon ran by and gave up his ass and the women probably wet themselves grabbing his ass! It was hysterical

Nother really huge highlight was them doing 'Start Me Up" by the Stones.

Jon did the Mick Jagger impersonation perfectly and he was smiling and laughing after he'd do the pose and the lips!

Jon to me will always be the most underrated frontman in music history. The way he is able to connect with an audience is uncanny. He has a way of making u feel like u are more than a fan and he gives way more than your money's worth each and everytime which is why they still are so a huge draw.

U know when u see BJ u are gonna get an amazing show and they are gonna earn every cent u pay.

set list I cant remember in order so I'll do it by album

Prayer
Bad Name
Wanted
Raise Your Hands

NJ

Have A Nice Day:
Have A Nice Day
Who Says You Can't Go Home

Lost Highway:
Lost Highway
Summertime
We Got it Goin On "WIth BIg And Rich

There was a bomb alert at the show yesterday rant

http://news.search.yahoo.com/search/news?ei=UTF-8&p=bon+jovi&fp_ip=ES&datesort=1&fr=yfp-t-501&c=av

Police had the crowd evacuated, and search the arena. At 9.30 pm the band took the stage.

I went to the show in sunrise, the band took the stage at almost 11 pm, they were on FIREE!!! what a f... amazing show, they played for almost 3 hours, I think it ended sometime around 1:30 am. It reminded me of GNR taking the stage after 11  hihi The arena was totally packed, nobody left because of the delay and Jon was in a really good mood thanking all the Sunrise police department and Fire department for everything they did.. Second time I see them and I would recommend this show to EVERYBODY.. Simply Awesome..

How do you know this?

If true, then I'm glad he's asked for coaching as his voice in the past seven to eight years has been slightly more than substandard.
