dave has said that he never had anything against axl that the gnr vs. nirvana wer between axl and kurt and that he he himself "were just the drummer" if that's what you're referring to.. the "hi axl" at the vma's were just a joke ok

I remember maybe 8 years back Dave criticizing GNR's Videos saying how bad they were.
