I just heard that the founder of You Tube is testing video fingerprinting as a means of protecting the copyright of material posted on the site.

I was just watching YCBM from the ritz 91 (the performance used in the video) Anyone notice the lyrics are kinda different after "dont forget to call my lawyers etc etc....

Is this one of the first live performances recorded?

Guns N Roses didn't played YCBM at the Ritz in 1988. Infact the song wasn't even released back than. I guess you probably meanted Ritz 1991. First time G N' R played YCBM was at the Rock in Rio festival in 1991.

01.20.91 - Maracana Stadium, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
set: Pretty Tied Up, Mr. Brownstone, I Was Only Joking [Intro] / Patience, Godfather Theme, Double Talkin' Jive, Welcome To The Jungle, Only Women Bleed [Intro] / Knockin' On Heaven's Door, Drum Solo, You Could Be Mine, It's So Easy, Guitar Solo, Civil War, Dead Horse, Sweet Child O' Mine, Estranged, Paradise City

The Blues @ Guadalajara (complete, nice recording):

The Blues @ Melbourne (his voice sounds so much better than Guadalajara, tho it's an incomplete recording):

I believe you man, I read your review. Thanks, btw! ok

I wish there was a complete recording of this song... I think it sounds so much better with the extended Richard solo at the ending, just like the demo (I mean, already starting to play it when Axl sings "what this means to me..."). Cheesy

Dude! The whole Adelaide concert was being professionally filmed. Because of the vibe in Adelaide, the DVD of this concert would be the one to put out. I'd wait for that one! Then you'll be absolutely blown away by it.

My memory is shot to shit from my favourite past times so every little bit helps. Also the candid camera adds something for me as a memory of a live event.

Every show over the past year or so has been recorded hasn't it? Unless there is a mass marketing idea on a scale never before seen to distribute various concert dvd's to different regions to accompany CD I wouldn't hold your breath for a Adelaide DVD. Probably pick and choose songs from different events or something like that.
