couple of things: notice how slow some of the songs were, how incomplete they were...notice how insecure the band was back in the day when no one knew them that well. notice axl "writing" the songs still, testing melodies out, testing song structure (like in Jungle, Nightrain etc). notice axl when he introduces Jungle sometime in 1986, and he says" we're guns n roses, remember that "? ?all i can say is WOW to that!! who the hell knew in that room that these guys would rule the world in 2 yrs?!?!?!
