Just hold your horses there buddy.  I don't think we ever said his voice didn't sound good in 93.  All I said at least, was that it wasn't perfect every show back in the day either.  But I guess you can run with that if you want, and say that I said it sucked.  My point was, that he had plenty of bad nights back in the day!

I wasn't aiming my comments at you or anyone else directly buddy....there are a few on here that don't agree.....about 10-15 % of the board...not that many people....I know that his voice was fucked once in a while back in the day......but NEVER in 1993....prove me wrong.....I actually don't remember you and I debating this previously but looks like we did....well it's cool too see this stuff regardless...

I think he sounds good in both clips but you can hear nowadays he doesn't have the same power as he did in the '90s, which I think is why he gets that "whine"/"squeal" sometimes.

He sounds so much better than in 2002, though.

Yes, some people are unable to differentiate between loving the band and loving the man.

I love Axl. Think he's the greatest rock frontman of all-time.

But he says some stupid things sometimes, and even he has acknowledged this. "I'm King Dick" is what he said recently, did he not?"

I hate Metallica so I agree with his rant, but it's a bit hypocritical of him to be accusing them of taking loads of money when at this point he wasn't exactly known for being the most amiable guy in the band.

So if you don't agree with the rant, ignore people who will label you a "hater" - just because you disagree with someone's point of view doesn't mean you are a hater. I love how that word is thrown around so much.
