See here is when the controlled, clean sound is right on! The band sounds great and his voice still retains the puissance that is his trademark. Thanks for posting, I'm really starting to come around on these old performances.

Axl sounded amazing there. And Buckethead's solo on KOHD (and Nightrain) is unmatched imo.

Yes, I loved KOHD in 2002... I always thought that songs like KOHD, The Blues, Madagascar and SCOM worked better with Axl's high pitched vocals.  Wink

This is hilarious... Grin   (Challenge Hogan featuring Bumblefoot)

Ron Thal and Hulk Hogan not taking themselves too seriously and making up a song on the spot.....it seems to be based on "Whole Lotta Rosie". (that's what Ron seems to be playing)

Check it out, and leave some cool comments on the youtube page if you can and "like" the video too. Alot of people seem have their head up their own arse, judging by some of the comments.

It's so cool seeing Ron and the Hulkster together having fun.  Grin

Something tells me that wasn't completely off the cuff by the Hulkster.  hihi

I believe Frank plays with more heart and soul than any other drummer since Adler. I hope Axl keeps him.
actually frank is a nice guy, but he's the worst drummer this band has ever had, and thats a matter of ability and sound....sorry

Could not disagree more. Every time I've seen them live... Especially the recent shows, the songs have a real punch to them. Maybe it's because he is clearly strong as hell and can pound the fuck out of them. He also is
Very creative in his drum fills. His
Timing is great... Yea I dig hI'm. Gives the songs a real oomph!

dont get me wrong he's great! u gotta be to be in this band, robin was a bad fit, buckethead in gnr was a joke, but steven was wayyyyy better, and so was matt, dude sorum has been around a longggggggggg fn time, personally i know he trumps frank,......brain...well thats close brian is amazing too and has been around forever, so you really gotta listen, like i know alot of people say this just because they can see frank and meet frank, as well as bumble who i think is wrong for this band, i think keeping in essence with gnr ashba and fortus are more preserving of the original dynamic, classic hardcore gnr, dont get me wrong frank is amazing i just cant in good conscience say hes the best since adler

I was watching the fifth Dirty Harry movie today 'Dead Pool' and noticed a few familiar faces during a funeral scene and on a boat a short time later.  Welcome to the Jungle also features a couple times throughout the movie  Smiley (funeral scene) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jBDmskvkvNQ (boat scene) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ihl4682xrtQ

I wonder if this had any influence on the graveyard moments in the Don't Cry or November Rain music vids Smiley
