What a bunch of mannequins in the crowd! Whatever happened to going to a show and getting your rock on? Especially to a performance of jungle like that; I know it was creeping into the wee hours of a cold morning but c'mon people.

True. But, this is Sturgis. Demographic is the aging biker crowd (or as the Sturgis public relations people say 'motorcycle enthusiasts'). You're talking like 30, 40, 50 years old. Not the type to have a pit down front. Hence, why you see all of the camera/phone screens up and not a lot of movement. Lots of posing. TOUGH crowd.

I'm very close to 40. I'll definitely see Guns or any other hard rockin band. Will I be jumping up and down right at the front? I'll pass. Used to do it, yes! Those days are long in the past. Definitely takes a bit more to bounce back!

 i know dude. people got pissed cause of the delay, which was stupid. I was right up front rockin the fuck out!!!

They did appear to be quite lame.  Youtube videos can sometimes be deceiving though.  Hopefully that was the case there.  Or maybe the crowd warmed up after they forgot about the delayed start.  At least they cheered at the end of the song.

Good performance, nonetheless.

Yeah that's from Pittsburgh 2002 I believe.

When Axl played it at the show in January it was actually longer and a second verse was added!  Then he stopped it and said "sorry, but someone over there requested it."  Ha.
