Honestly, I cant think of someone who would deserve to win a title more than Jim. This is a true life underdog story. Hammy can tell us exactly, but what is the previous high Jim has ever finished?  Jim winning the world title would be like Shark Boy coming to the WWE and beating John Cena for the title.

He's back for good, even had one wrestling match him returning early was a master stroke by WWE, he's totally cleared to wrestle.  They just swerved the net, now if they can do it with a big star like him, if they put the same effort in with others they could keep a lot more details/secrets offline.

As for CM Punk Chavo, that's a six pointer if ever there was one!... this game.

Oh yeah, I fear a cheap finish, either way though I see Chavo retaining.  Using the ol' wrestling logic, if you go into a PPV on a major role there's a good chance you are leaving the event on your back.  Punk has stood tall over Chavo on the last Smackdown, ECW and the ECW before that.
