Doesn't matter, it's sad to see Slash playing in some small coffee house (or where ever it is) regardless of when it was taken.  Unless this pre dates Appetite which it definetly doesn't.

I dunno man, if it was taken in '95 then GNR wasn't doing too well in popularity.  Seeing this picture makes me bummed-out because it's like looking into a world that has forgotten bad ass rock.

Well, the world has forgotten that, lol.  But it's not like this picture signifies that.  I mean, the coolest thing in the world is seeing your stars in a small, intimate setting.  He was still pretty popular then, and even to this day remains a well known figure.
