Well, the tracker has no responsability on that. You need to keep a good ratio, and that's YOUR problem. In fact, the tracker gives a lot of oportunities to keep it up, like the bonus thing, the gifts, etc.

You can seed a torrent with 0 leechers for a century, and that wont help your ratio. You have to upload new things or seed the torrents that still have peers.

The torrents I seeded had peers.
I thought that it was common to seed the downloads that I have downloaded? Why am I going to seed something I didn't get? Doesn't make sense.
