It's very hard to tell which song he'll sing better! I Love all of led zep tunes.
Led Zep & GNR are my all time favourite bands! They have played a big role in my music "scholarship". It's very hard to tell which one I love more. It's like pointing out which children you love more.
I think that Axl's voice will suits better with these Zep tunes :

And aren't there already enough covers in the setlist? "Live and let die", "Knockin' On Heaven's Door", the solos ("Angie", "Beautiful"), ... Wouldn't you rather hear some new songs the band's been working on for more than 10-15 years?
And what's with the Led Zep these days? Sure, I listen to Zep from time to time and enjoy their music but 'till a few weeks ago we never / rarely discussed Zep here 'though they've been around for decades! It's because of their reunion right?

wrong? if you search for zeppelin/zep in this section you'll get 20 pages of results not just a few threads. Nah, I disagree. The search results to 20 pages but these are just topics where Zep gets mentioned. You have to use the "Topic subjects only" parameter to have a better view. If you don't use any parameters it would seem like we always talk about the Stones (52 pages), Aerosmith (37) or Metallica (55) but they just get mentioned from time to time. |
