Possibly, he might have been watching from a VIP area so that the public couldn't spot him,    and we know that he has been to concerts in the past, even during his 'dissapearing act' of 1994-1999

who knows........

I don't really care about the Zep show. I'm sure it was terrible and overhyped. And unless he was working toward the release of CD, I don't care what Axl was up to yesterday.

Not trying to be negative towards you, just answering the question.

Wooooow, hold up,

Nothing about Led Zepplin is overhyped or terrible in anyway,
they are the greatest band that ever lived,
and yes they might of aged alot since their prime,
Plants voice is still pretty fkn awsome beer

Amen to that! Few bands EVER are worth all the hype... and Zep is one of them.

NME doesn't mention Axl, but on the other hand there is no word about David Gilmour either. And he was there...

Holy shit. The Kashmir one kicks ass. I watched Stairway this morning and it kicks ass too. Jimmy somehow still has amazingly fast fingers!

I'd have killed someone to be there. It's so cool to see John's son playing drums with Led Zeppelin.

Anyway, I wouldn't be surprised if Axl would indeed have been there.

Yep, I thought I shouldn't be surprised if the whole GNR camp plus Sebastian bach weren't in attendance.

"So many celebrities turned up to watch Led Zeppelin last night, it was difficult to spot people that weren't famous in the 20,000-capacity crowd."

And the people in the industry. Music writers and such. I guess the odds on the drawing were much longer than reportage had claimed.
unsure if axl would like to be in such a crowd.

thanks den. such picturesque music. magnificent!  Tongue
I hear Johnny rotten asked if there was anyone under 40 at a pistols reunion show. jimmy page was there deafened and very impressed by the superb performances.
