^ Wow, what a brilliantly written book, I couldn't literally put it down (and that doesn't happen with many books). A really good read. Grisham doesn't even compare.

Complete Book Of Running
James Fixx
I got this out of a free book bin at a discount book store before I even started running.
I dug it out of the closet the other day.
WOW I had great foresight!

I just finished a book called the Anatomy of Hope, about having hope in the face of illness and chronic pain, and the biology of hope and how it affects us physiologically. My favorite book is This Much I Know is True by Wally Lamb. I don't think I will ever read another book as good as this one. I loved it so much.
