Just finished To Be The Man by Ric Flair. I don't think I need to explain to any of the wrestling fans around here why Ric Flair's autobiography would be a very entertaining read.

I read the little book about the meeting John, George -- from the Beatles -- and Y. Ono had with Srila Prabhupada in ?69 and it was impresive, then because of that book I got interested in Srila Prabhupada and finally got his Biography by Satsvarupa Dasa Goswami, it was amazing they talk about the meeting too, then I knew this book "Bhagavad Gita" I havent read it yet, but there are quotes of that text in the biography that are worthy to read to everyone regardless of your beliefs or religion.

Just finished the 'Power Of One' by Bryce Courtenay - fairly good but I prefer his other novels. I'm just about to begin The Summer Garden by Paullina Simons. Stupid chick book but I've read the previous two and I need to know what happens in the end!

Just finished The Band That Time Forgot. That thing was way too pro-Axl. The entire book is just making excuses for the crazy shit he does.

Christ the Lord Out of Egypt by Anne Rice
First Anne Rice?
Either way be sure to tell me what you thought of it.
Me, I've no intention of going near it. She's a bit too wacky for me now. Writes only for God.
<sigh> We lost a good one too...
Funny though, she's always referred to Lestat as her male counterpart or to herself as Lestat or vice versa. So in a sense she's pulled a Lestat (if one is familiar with the man/vampire), which is cute, but still wacky. Too wacky. Even for me.

It is my first Anne Rice book.
I normally don't read religious literature, but this drew my interest because it deals with a very vague part of the bible. It's something that I'm fascinated with.
