I like you just about as much as you like me. But spare me a minute here will ya?

Is the Harry Potter series any good? I've heard a bunch of people talking about the books in a fairly positive light...

Anyway, I'm currently plugging through "River Thieves" by Michael Crummey.

Simply put they're a great read that both children and adults enjoy. The author wrote them meanly for kids but some of the subject matter and plotting is really something only adults will get.

I guess so...

Though I'm another person who has those books so far down on the list that the chances of getting 'em digested are slim to none.

Thanks anyway.

just finished Lightning by Dean Koontz, easily one of the best books ive ever read

deals with tons of tragedy, being resilient and time travel

very nicely done a real mind fuck!

I am now starting on "Strange Highways" it includes two complete novels by Koontz and a bunch of different short stories he wrote.

so far very nice!

"Very Far Away From Anywhere Else" by Ursula K. Le Guin.

Read it the other day, and I highly recommend it.
