His books should be easily available in the US as he's based in......Derry, Maine. Get his first book first, can't remember it's name, but it'll be on his site (johnconnolly.com, I think). He can be quite graphic at times, and his characters are superb, it's based around a crime dectetive, but is far more than just a crime novel.

I'm reading 100 words every high school graduate should know  From the Editors of the American Heritage Dictionaries

This book is kinda funny to me, because most people don't use these particular words in everyday life. I don't think books such as these should be abrogated, but should their claim be so belied?

But, upon reading this book, I have been less diffident with my vocabulary. And, I feel a lot less vacuous.

Thats kool. You really should read them all when ya get a chance, there really good books you won't be dissapointed.

Alot of people say HP is for nerds and little kids, but they really are well written. But i hate the way the actors portray Harry and his friends in the movies. He looks and sounds like a little whinging idiot but in the books Harry's like a rebel.

The movies really suck. The books are way better, so get reading on the rest their great ok
