I read "Jag ljuger inte om Rock 'n' Roll" last Wednesday.
Swedish book by a guy who used to work for EMA Telstar (the biggest concert promoter in Sweden). Has some stories about GN'R in it.....
For example, on August 17th 1991, the crowd at the Globe in Stockholm were waiting for GN'R to go onstage, while Axl was at the hotel gambling. Then on the way to the venue he stopped to watch some fireworks.

I have been reading a SAT book. It says higher score guaranteed.
I thinks it's just 800 pages of shit I'm never going to use in life.

Nope........Herbert it is............
While not the greatest sci-fi book (by far) that I've ever read........it IS good. And lets not forget that it is hailed as one of the greatest sci-fi books (series') ever written. Also Herbert is quite the figure in the genre. Up there with with the best.
As for my own personal opinion.......I really enjoyed it. It's one of those books where you don't have to think......you just call shotgun and go along for the ride.
Arthur C. Clarke compared the series to Tolkiens LOTR's.....and I must say........it pretty much is sci-fi's answer to the king (pun not intended) of Fantasy........

"The Big Brother" is watching us
? Good book, but I didn?t like the story very much.
Usually I read story comics. Listening to comics while reading music is good pastime.
Now I?m reading
Flowers for Algernon
By Daniel Keyes (not a comic version)

Have you ever read the Books of Magic series? Or do you read the superhero kind of comics?
