In a Swedish glam and sleaze special on TV they had interviews with both Nikki Sixx and Duff. First Nikki said that he wasked asked to produce AFD and that his answer was "no" because he was too high back then.

Duff denied what Nikki said and explained that the question to Nikki was probably asked at a party and everybody was high so it wasn't a really formal meaning to it...

Yes, according to himself - he talks about in in both "The Dirt" and his own book "Heroin Diaries".

Yes it is! And I have seen both Crazy Lixx and Loud N' Nasty live. Crazy Lixx opened for Gilby 2006 and LNN opened for Adler's Appetite in 2005.
