at about 48 seconds in to about 1.08 sounds just like rocket queen to me.  Am I the only one to ever notice this?

I seriously never got the whole Led Zeppelin/Aerosmith/GN'R connection, since they sound nothing alike apart from the same bluesy structure in some certain songs. (That same thing goes for Black Sabbath and Metallica)

As for Rocket Queen being a rip-off of "The Rover" by Led Zeppelin... It's most likely random.

maybe, Izzy might have been listening to that song, and came up with an idea for a slightly different chord progression that sounded cool, ya never know.

listen to the outro of lord of the tights and locomotive, the end of pandoras box, shotgun blues is like cheap away the stone but faster and i can go on.

and as far as zeppelin goes, well, everyone who has a band and didnt ripp off some zeppelin.

I think Zepplin quite happily admit that a lot of their ideas came from other sources. Like GN'R they had a knack of blending styles and yet having their own unique sound.
