Yes I can, I read it while reading about the Holy Trinity, which is the belief of both Catholics and Protestants, that states that Jesus is God (and God the Father is God, but Jesus is no God the Father, and so on and so forth).


Anyways, on topic, the Axl one is fantastic.

Manson one... I don't care for Manson... but the painting is pretty good.

Cornell one... I suppose it fits... but it really doesn't impress me... maybe I expect more from one of my favorite singers....

Axl is facsinated with the Catholic faith as well.  He really loved the tradition and I think wanted to be one.  See the Nov. Rain video.  That is a Catholic wedding.

As Christianity, in its various forms, is a worldwide religion, many cultures have adapted their view of Jesus to match cultural norms.  For example:

Asian Virgin Mary with Baby Jesus


So, even though white Jesus seems the most common depiction, it certainly isn't the only one.  Of course, I doubt he was a white guy, but focusing on his race seems, to me, to be missing the point (not pointing fingers...just a general observation).

The November Rain videoclip deserves to be meticulously analyzed regarding some catholic liturgy things. There are several ''heretical'' things; things that cant be done in the catholic wedding ritual or in a Church. The way the priest is dressed, the way Slash leaves the church, etc. Slash does the majority of them, but I suppose the biggest one is Axl's inverted crucifix.

I find the November Rain videoclip VERY interesting, and I wonder who is the responsible of including these ''things'' in the video. There's no way they were done unintentionally.
