I got mine today  (Finland, Fennoscandia=almost Scandinavia...close enough?) It is absolutely GREAT book and awesome videoclips w/register code  |

At least you didn't have to pay more to preorder, or did you? Still, thats no excuse. I think they said the distributor was in Texas, so I guess thats how mine came so quickly. |

I live in Thunder Bay, Ontario and I got mine on Monday. I got the wrong cover...Axl instead of Izzy and they are working on getting me the right one. I ordered mine the week they were taking orders. So hang tight...I am sure it is coming. |
