I just saw D's pics, he's big dude, I will try one day to get a newer picture.. Ihave tons but no scanner..
I can give a few measurments
I'm 5-10 225 lbs
bicpes 19 cold-20 inches pumped
Forearms 16 inches
chest 52
thats very impressive! nice pic also! im strong but ive never been much of an arm wrestler for whatever reasons, probably cause i got short arms you are bigger than i am actually if those are your measurements now im 5'8 240 17.5 inch biceps cold 18.5 pumped chest is 52 also i pretty much lift to maintain now, ive been in a lean phase here lately where id like to get down to about 215-220 range on weight and as u know it knocks a bit off your size ive also became a vegetarian and that has diminished some of my muscle growth as well id like to workout with u sometime, that would kick ass! |
