Easiest way would be train I think...get off at Southern Cross (which used to be called Spencer St if your're a local) station then you walk up Spencer St towards Dudley St.

Its an old school venue...should be awesome for VR....

Thank god they're playing smaller venues this time round although I still think this is too big...I'd rather see them doing club shows I'm not a fan of those 2.000+ concerts...

So how many mins would it take to walk from S cross station to Fest hall??

This is from ticketmaster's site:

Public Transportation:
Tram: Routes 24,30,34, 70 and the City Circle stop at the corner of Latrobe & Spencer Streets. Festival Hall is a 5 minute walk along Spencer Street away from the city and left into Dudley Street.

Train: Spencer Street Station - 10 minute walk. Walk away from Southbank along Spencer Street and turn left into Dudley Street

Bus: Route 220 runs along Dudley Street, use stop number 5.

Taxi: Drop off and pick up can be made in Rosslyn Street or Spencer Street. A taxi rank is also located at Spencer Street Station.

its a waste of money. You shouldnt have to spend money to meet someone. I did it for Alice Cooper a few years ago and I will never do it again. Even tho Alice was great i have partied with bands since then and realised you shouldnt have to spend money on it.

^ Yeah...while I agree with you in principle...for me its just easier this way...like lots of people would want to party with VR while they are here, and sometimes its just simplier for fans to pay a spot of cash to take the headache out of trying to orginise a way to bump into them!

yeah I understand that.

Is there anything you get with the meet N Greets for vr? With Alice we got a tshirt and Alice Cooper money a backstage tour and 1st 2 rows for seats. I think that made it alot more enjoyable.
