Is there a Program or something to which I can Edit Some live Concerts? I need a way to Shorten the length of some tracks and/or seperate tracks for a CD.

Well, This Program Actually splits both types, Wave and mp3. So it's good.  yes

I use SONY Soundforge 8 for that kind of stuff, but Audacity is another great option and it's freeware.
