Deleting post on BBF interview

my post in the thread about BBF interview was deleted and I really do not understand why.

==> I said it was a nice interview but that the last part was a bit of a dissapointment as BBF said: 'I think whatever is going to happen is meant to happen, and you can?t spend time wishing for something else, when it?s not possible'

My thought about that sentence is only that I believe this is the same as saying: CD is not comming...ever. I moved on a long time ago, but as I'm still a GNR fan, I find it a pitty that I believe CD is never comming and this sentenence is a confirmation for me....

I think I was still on topic and shared my thought on a quote in the interview.

And..anyhow, if I did? Don't I have a right to have an opinion even if its not the same as yours? Isn't a board/forum about sharing thoughts? Where is the sharing if the thoughts must collapse with the admins? Get in the ring?

Deleting messages gets me thinking about the 'freedom of speech' and quality af this board >> I'm probably not the only, or first person which posts are deleted, so this board isn't giving a 'real' feeling of gn'r fans

Freedom of speech doesn't necessarily mean that people can go around saying inappropriate things!

Imagine exiting a church, for example, only to have a Satanist on a soapbox standing outside. That wouldn't be manners now, would it?

If people want the privilege of Freedom of Speech one must earn it and then know how to use the privilege with discretion and valour.

what is "inappropriate" about what the guy said??

it's his opinion, therfore its valid. if he started laying in to Ron for nothing, then delete away.

i personally dont agree with the guys opinion. i think the album will come out...........................eventually.

I think his point was, some people are much huger Slash fans then they are GnR fans and those people typically don't embrace(let alone accept) Guns N' Roses as it is today.
