Here Today...

Need my GN'R fix.

Slow time for news so I figured I'd share this..
I didn't relize how much I missed GNR..Until now. I went to Jimmy Buffett, free tix Budweiser box sec 79, at MSG. Last time I was there was in Nov., for GN'R. A Buffett show is obviously much differant atmosphere. As Jimmy came out riding a bicycle, ala Halford N' the Harley, I couldn't get past Axl prancing out to the strums and explosions of WTTJ. A much more fitting opener than JB's take of "On the Road Again".
A pretty good show none the less, but I need some GN'R. Time to throw in an old DVD..

Jimmy Buffett?!? Good thing they were free tix!! I can see why you need your fix! I'm sure it's a MUCH different atmosphere! That's pretty funny! I'm not so sure I'd go to see JB even if the tickets were free....hmmm...

Yea, I think I'd have to be "Wasted away in Margaritaville", to sit through Jimmy B, my GNR level is pretty low also, but not that low!!!!

I agree with some of the latter. I need a GNR fix as well. I mean, a year ago I was listening to a gnr cd practically every other nite and before that almost everyday. Now I hardly do that. I'm not saying that I'm getting tired of the same songs from the same albums, cuz those are timeless. I would love something new. Oh well, I guess I could pay a visit to my local record store and get a bootleg that I don't have yet. Doesn't look like CD will be out anytime soon.
