Just finished a bottle of Laphroaig (10yo)... Simply amazing. No doubt one of my favourites.

The ballsiest of all whiskies!

Any south shore Islay malt is fantastic, though not for the fragile palate.  I certainly wouldn't make Laphroaig a "starter" scotch for someone new to the drink.
