Great list
Thanks for someone finally giving props to "Back Off Bitch." But hey, what about "Breakdown"?
I've always wanted to give Breakdown a chance and really get into it, but I've never found a way to understand the lyrics.? WTF is Axl talking about in this song??
Haha, well-said. This is a song that I equate to Madagascar - it could have been a tremendous hit. Beautiful piano, great , great lyrics, but Axl just gets a little too crazy on it with the quotes and the strange sayings - I like the song, but It was always brought down a notch because of the strange shit going on - Same with Maddy - That could have been so much better without the damn quotes and movie lines
sorry, but gotta disagree. the quotes and lines make the song much more powerful, especially if you have seen the movies that the quotes are from.....

if its only released material then it's known, isn't it?
Of the released stuff, the 7 under-rated GNR songs are, in my eyes
Oh My God
Right Next Door To Hell
So Fine
Shadow of Your Love
My World
I Don't Care About You
Coma

Cool read although i agree with the majority Civil War is a pretty well known song. Being the b- side to You Could Be Mine helped alot. Back in the day it was getting played just as much if not more than You Could Be Mine.
I am gonna have a go at this.
In No particular order:
Pretty Tied Up: great jam song. the cool little bass intro and cool lyrics.
Dont Damn Me: IMO one of the most underrated GnR songs.
Right Next Door to Hell: Killer vocals, great riff, and cool six string bass.
Down on The Farm: even though it is a cover, this song just rocks.
Dust n Bones : This is the most underrated GnR songs. Izzy sounds great on this track.
So Fine: Its funny as the local bar i used to visit back in the day before child and wife, had this on the jukebox. I always played it and i was always surprised by the number of people who said this was one of there favorite tracks on '2'. I would love to hear it done live today as Duff's vocals are a ton better since he cleaned his act up.
Shotgun Blues: always was a favorite of mine, great guitar, bass, and vocals. It seems alot dont like this song but i always thought it was great.
