According to TMZ they're misdemeanors.
Both of the charges filed against Neil are misdemeanors.

Entertainment reporter Alicia Jacobs gone from KSNV-TV
Done. Gone. Out. No doubt.
"She is not an employee of ours anymore," said KSNV-TV, Channel 3 owner Jim Rogers Monday morning about now-ex entertainment reporter Alicia Jacobs, 44.
News-3's executives declined to comment further, but a source inside the station said the decision did not have anything to do with her recent, highly publicized troubles involving her ex-boyfriend, rock musician Vince Neil, but with the station's desire to "get out of the gossip business."

He's sure working for the Douche of the Year award..

Another 5 feet from us, Vince Neil laughed without worry at the arms of a blonde and a brunette, whose cups runneth over. The rocker was flashing his new tattoo. It read, "Whore Island."

A nice, "Anchorman" reference.

Nikki Sixx Insists Motley Crue's 'Best Days Are Ahead'
Apr 15th 2011
What's happening with M?tley Cr?e now?
We're going on tour for two and a half months, which is child's play compared to the old days. We're going around America with Poison and New York Dolls, and South America with Buckcherry. We haven't scheduled any European dates yet.
Sixx:AM opened for M?tley Cr?e on the Cr?e Fest before and I actually had more energy playing in two bands every night than I do with one. I think energy creates more energy. I have this way of looking at things that continues to catapult me and everyone around me into new and positive experiences, and it just keeps getting better.
I truly feel that M?tley Cr?e have some of our best days ahead of us. It's hard work, but it's exciting.

From Nikki Sixx:
You can?t lie to your audience. You can?t lie to your fans. You have to age gracefully. And that?s what I love about Keith Richards. That?s what I love about the Rolling Stones. They are aging gracefully. They are falling apart at the seams right before our eyes and they are doing it gracefully. And that?s the most beautiful thing that we can do.

This Is Gonna Hurt: A Conversation With Nikki Sixx
MR: Nikki, what advice do you have for new artists?
NS:
My advice for new artists is learn the legal system. If you know the legal system, it's sort of like knowing who you're getting into bed with. If you want to get in bed with sharks, at least understand what you're getting into bed with. I think that if you know the legal system, and you know how to protect yourself, the big concept for me in making music, is not one or two hits, it's twenty, thirty, forty hits, and seventy or one-hundred songs. The only way to do that is to be financially secure enough that you don't have to do things. Desperate people do desperate things. You don't want to be a desperate artist, it doesn't look good, and fans deserve more. So, understand your legal position, and know that side of the business as you're learning how to be a better songwriter and artist, and in the end, we'll have better quality art if we're not relying on the bank. If you have your own money, you're protected, and you're safe, then you make music like you did when you were a teenager, and that's just to do it because you love it.

When Nikki Sixx Goes to Rock n? Roll Heaven, He?s Taking a Long Overdue Nap
by Eric Spitznagel May 5, 2011
Here?s another habit you might have to give up soon: tattoos.
Give up? Why would I give up tattoos?
Eventually you?re going to run out of flesh real estate.
There?s always someplace else you can go. Once you use up the good real estate, then you go to the bad parts of town. That?s where I?m at now. I only have one ribcage left, and a little bit of a leg. It?s a funny thing, the prime real estate on your arms, which is what you usually get tattooed first, doesn?t hurt half as bad as when you start getting into places like your rib cage and your chest. I don?t love the pain. It hurts like hell, and the older you get, the more it hurts.

Poison's Bret Michaels Added To Motley Crue's Australian Tour
Post by: Dave-O 25 May, 2011
Last week we mentioned Motley Crue and a member of Poison would be doing a tour together. Well we can report that the deal has been done!
Music reporter Nui Te Koha broke the news on Triple M Melbourne's Hot Breakfast this morning.
"Motley Crue and Poison frontman Bret Michaels will [tour]. That deal has been done. It's gonna happen in September," Nui said.
When the story broke last week fans went off across our Rock News Facebook and website. dazza nicholls screamed, "rock out wth ya cock out!!! boguns let loose, can't wait for that!!! crue here we come!!!!! \m/ rock on \m/", while Julie Tolmer said "Living in the 80's wohooo love all their music!!!!!".
Of course, Bret Michaels has had a busy and varied post-Poison career, releasing a couple of solo albums and starring in the reality TV show Rock Of Love where babes with big boobs vie for his affection.
We'll have all the dates as soon as they're confirmed. The other hot rumour is that Whitesnake will join Motley Crue and Bret Michaels for the massive triple bill. We'll keep you posted.

Hey, I love the Crue as much as anyone. But I have to laugh at all these comments that insist it's anything but a nostalgia trip at this point. Nikki just tries a little too hard to sell it sometimes.

Tommy Lee's new "roller coaster" drum kit.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l9abyjH9ldo
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m2AGAb1qsdA
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RPN-TUrS-wg
Tommy Lee revealed his plans for an insane roller coaster drum kit.
He told Rhythm: ?My dream and goal, and I will do it, is to build a roller coaster that can pack up and travel from city to city. It will have all the workings of a roller coaster, but I?ll get rid of the car and replace it with a drum riser with two seats on the back.
?I?ll run out into the audience, grab a couple of fans, strap them in and go! I see it all in my head.?
The musical accompaniment to this stunt would be Tommy speeding up and slowing down his playing in time with the ride.
He has even planned the layout of the ride: ?You have a huge sound system which opens up at one side of the stage, the riser comes out and does a huge drop, goes upside down in a loop, then goes up around the people in the back seats, does another loop in the middle of the arena, then travels up again until it stops. Then we do the whole thing backwards!?
