I got my uncut copy from a bootleg website out of Japan. Maybe just as he did. Don't know exactly what ever happen to the website though.

It's nothing new... it's been circulating for years and years now... It has the correct order of the setlist (YCBM before NR) and the interpreter interpreting to the audience...

And I think the guy you're talking about, Drew, is an old seller named Gunschan..
