The title of Indy 4 has been announced.

The title of the new Indiana Jones adventure, now in production under the direction of Steven Spielberg, is Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, it was revealed today by actor Shia LaBeouf.

LaBeouf, who stars in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull with Harrison Ford, Cate Blanchett, Karen Allen, Ray Winstone and John Hurt, announced the title during today's MTV Video Music Awards, which were broadcast live from Las Vegas.

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull is a Lucasfilm Ltd. and is being distributed by Paramount Pictures. It will be released in the U.S. and simultaneously in most territories worldwide on Thursday, May 22, 2008. Frank Marshall returns as producer, with Kathleen Kennedy joining George Lucas as executive producer.

same here.  i was skeptical about how it would be, but the trailer has put a lot of fears to rest.  the music alone makes the trailer good.

Saw the trailer yesterday!  Cool It looks like an Indiana Jones movie, which is a good thing.

The Star Wars prequels sucked IMO, I had such high hopes for them. I was waiting for something that would have been more like the old movies and got something that was too computer generated and didn't have the same kind of fun dialogue that the old ones had. So I hope I won't be disappointed this time. (Well... if it sucks I'll just have to deny it's existence and stick to the old movies like I did with SW.)  Tongue

yea it looks good. i wouldnt worry about it cuz of the prequels, george lucas directed the prequels, we've got steven fuckin' spielberg directing this bad boy. george lucas only helped with the story, which is the only thing hes good for. the guy cant direct or write good dialogue to save his life.

The tone is gonna be more Last Crusade. Both Lucas and Speilberg have said as much. The trailer fits that tone.  smoking

The younger sidekick is his son(supposedly with Marion from Raiders).

I thought the trailer looked great. Lots of action and comedy.
