Edit: So I guess they didn't play on the MTV awards huh?  no

What a joke the VMA show was....as usual. Wish I did not waste the space on my cable box to tape it....

We should take bets on how long it takes to implode.

Hope they make it to Boston!

I was just listening to the two *new* Roth songs from 1996 and man, do those smoke! Hoping for a whole new album like that!

Me Wise Magic sounds like it could have come right out of the late 70's or early 80's VH. Can't Get This Stuff No More sounds like Roth solo material.

Really? That wasn't the impression I got. I thought Ballard gave the songs a real modern sound--but still with a classic rock vibe. They needed to be exactly what they were; kick-ass rock n' roll, but not retro. Loved the Zeppelin groove and crazy solo in MWM. CGTSNM was a cool, laid-back rocker.

At anyrate, I thought both of the new songs they did with Dave were better than 99% of Van Hagar. The three new songs they did with Sammy from 2004 were very average.

Don't get me wrong, it doesn't mean I didn't like them.

Here's an interesting fact:

The producers of Beverly Hills 90210 originally wanted to use "Just Like Paradise" as their theme song, but it fell though
