It never sounded so good as it was speeding down Ave. P while it was being stolen.? We were heartbroken.? Question:Do you run the stock rear in your car?? I've been out of the hot rod building for a while but looking to jump back in?? Depends on the college of choice from my son.? I still have a 327 from a 69 Chevelle, and a 351 Cleveland from a 69 Mustang in storage.? Last car we built was a 66 GTO which I had to sell after $12,000 worth of just parts.? We hadn't put a interior or exterior in yet.? I can't bare to watch pinks when some poor bastard loses his wheels to some snake.

I would say that it would be nice to hear something soon. If we reach the end of September without a single announcement and or release date, I would be worried. Bach's album comes out November 20 and he's been promoting it for a while now. Nada Surf have started promotion and thier album doesn't come out until January.

"Proper Promotion" for the most anticipated album ever would be doing something ASAP if a release is planned for this year.

we've been waiting for fucking ever for this album....updates have been scarce, and hardly accurate at the best of times....its the way it is, its the way it has been....nothing is going to change.....if they say nothing during september, then there is nothing to talk about in reality, and 2007 is not our year....

pick up the pieces, and hope for a 2008 announcement.....and if nothing happens then....let's pray to god they play some more shows in areas they haven't been to yet....

All of this is official promotion.

GN'R's "Chinese Democracy" promotion outside of the tour, tour merchandise, and an appearence on Bach's album has all been pirate promotion.

I said I would be worried... not I am worried. The use of the expression in this context implies "if I were you... I would be worried." Personally, I want to hear it, but I am not worried. Truthfully, I am excited for it to come out, whenever that may happen.

I would prefer no "news"/updates for months, and then some decent news,
then just pointless updates,

I saw the band twice last year, then we got the 12 tuesdays thing which was an unreal development!

Since then, I havent had much more faith, especially when the march 6th RELEASE DATE came and went.

That is exactly what I have been thinking... I think GN'R hasn't released  CD becuse of legal stuff...with slash, duff and the name "GUNS N' Roses". Who owns the name, who can use it....ect, ect. Slash said awhile ago that some GN'R legal stuff came up.. and he's been out the the band 11 years.
 
So i think its legal stuff keeping CD from coming out under The name
GUNS N' ROSES. That's why he plays live shows but not release a CD.
But that's what I think by reading between the lines.

But in all fairness ( As much as I love Slash and Duff ) the name belongs to Axl , i don't think that is the issue at this point. He legally OWNS the GNR name. The legal stuff from what I know was about VR playing songs and royalty issues and such ( to actually imagine Axl and Slash with lawyers in a room is NUTS ) but yea. CD isn't coming up or any updates because thats how it is. People have been saying it'll be out this year or next year for a long time and im tired of it , jarmo and other people give Axl all this credit and shit but fact is he has nothing to back up his name , or anything Guns N Roses hasn't put out a record since the early 90's.

There isn't any updates hell their is a big suprise. Lets face facts the thing "Chinese Democracy " isn't coming out this year. out side of bachs album the next time we hear some studio axl tunes will probable be some new leaks.
