Yeah, I've always liked the "Frozen Axl" pic too. I always wanted to do that wardrobe and go thru make up for Halloween. That'd be so freakin' cool.

Its probably tiny pieces of plastic bag material. Then they put blue make up on his face and used something like Vaseline to make the plastic stick to his lips. (I love drama class)

Nah dude I wouldn't say he does that shit anymore... and if he does, not to the extent where it would affect the way his eyes look. He's more likely to be drunk than coked up.

That's not a shadow.  He's flexing his arm so hard you can see the separation between the bicep and tricep muscles.

What are you talking about? Haven't you seen the slew of recent photos with his eyes crazydilated and the few where he's been caught in/coming out of/entering some club doing the telltale nose-knuckling? Besides, even a line and a half will give you the coke eyes, trust me... not to mention that, these days, when Axl's drunk, he's noticeably plastered. If he's functioning and under the influence but not sluggish it's an upper, and if it's an upper he'll probably choose blow because it's practically a status symbol; if you can afford the really, really good shit, you buy it, and you flaunt it (not the drugs necessarily, but your ability to get grade A stuff).
