Izzy didn't like doing videos.
He could barely stand being in Patience strumming his guitar for 2 second in front of a lens let alone be stared down by the Terminator / Arnold. He probably drove his Harley to Wisconsin right after the NYC Ritz Show and waited for his bandmates after they finished hanging out in NYC.
