no, it doesn't matter if you drew them, if you're using the logo and (possibly) axl's likeness then you will be violating copyrigth.  i'm not a lawyer, but there have been other discussions on the board about it.

it probablly won't be a big deal if you just sell a few, but if you start selling a shitload expect to get a cease and desist letter  hihi
