Agreed. To be honest, I think it'd be hard to find someone in the industry that really wouldn't want to collaborate with Axl.

I think that most people in the music industry , rock wise anyways , would do an Axl collab , and if not they'd do a Slash one. I just noticed that really ,  I mean why the hell WOULDN'T you wanna work with Axl fuckin' Rose??

His guest vocals w. Gilby N' Don Henley were barely audible..Hopefully on Sebastian Bach's new CD they will be more like the vocals on 14 Years, Dust N' Bones, So Fine and Alice Coopers "Under My Thumb".

I don't think money is the issue here. He doesn't seem like someone that would do anything for money or that needs money so desperately to do that, to play with someone que doesn't enjoy. If money was the case he would play with Slash. 

And of course Axl has done a lot of collaborations in the past with lots of different people, but that is what I'm talking about: that was when Guns was begging to be worldwide famous. Axl was the new guy joining classic big names like Mick Jagger, Steven Tyler and Elton John. Even then, he was so great - Guns was so great and at it's peak - that everyone would love to join then.

But now it's a little bit different. Axl is the "Big Name", he is this mythic guy. My question is: today, without Chinese Democracy, do you thing new bands would think "we should invite Axl to play with us, he is so great" or "we can't invite Axl, he hasn't even finished his record, the guy is a joke"?

In time: this is not a bash and I do think he is great.

I honestly believe that most people are just plain intimidated by the idea of Axl Rose.

I think most people may not look into involving him because he's got this "hermit" type reputation and they figure he just won't show up or be hard to deal with. I cannot understand that from everything I've heard. The Rosario & Michael J. stuff from last year showed me that Axl will show up and do some nice things when invited.
