has the magazine talked to axl or where does the 50 songs comment come from?

Read the following post.

Anyway in this magazine, a writer named Masa Itoh writes that Axl said about CD release date.
It is end of November 2007. Axl has over 50 mastered songs. And this writer says if the first release of CD has a
great sales or great reaction , Axl may release 2 or 3 albums next year and clean up  all the materials he has.
At this time ,this is just a rumour, but Mr. Itoh is a reliable man(All the HM HR fan in Japan know his name , and we know J Bon Jovi and Baz ...many musicians are his friend and He is the first man in Japan who interviewed to Axl
(in1988).

The writer probably says that he talked to Axl and he got this info. I don't know if he really talked to Axl but I have no reason to doubt him.

However, if it's not an official press release or if it's not coming from the man himself, I won't be waiting for November.

Even if it was scanned, that wouldn't necessarily make it true.? Just a reporter's word, and lord knows reporters don't ALWAYS print the truth.?

Absolutely right, of course. But it would raise the chances of being true.  Grin

I was at BUDOKAN concert. It was a kick ass show!!! The BURRN magazine says that Japan tour ended with a great
success!!!

I have the magazine already as I live here in Japan. I thought I had better clear a few minor things up from Masa's post before people start making mountains out of molehills.

The 13 page cover story was actually written by Yumiko Haba. In that article on page 5, when talking about the new album she writes "噂では50以上もの曲が存在してという" which basically means "Rumour has it that up to 50 songs exist." The article doesn't mention anything about a November release date but goes into great detail about each of the 5 gigs here in Japan. It brought back alot of great memories, as I was fortunate enough to attend 3 of the shows and they were seriously legendary.

However, on pages 135 and 136 Masa Itou, the magazine's Head Editor, talks about the possibility of a November release in his editorial, however, he is cautious with his language using the word 噂 (uwasa - rumour) often.

OK! The KEY WORDS in all this - TO ALL YOU TRUE GN'R FANS who want to hear some mindblowing music.........

IF THE CD HAS A GREAT REACTION.........

This is the message, if you guys who come to this site want the album to need to make it your duty to stop the negativity coming to this site.

Pretend you are at the end of the concert screaming for tha encore. Scream. LET IT BUILD. Listen to the crowd at the Adelaide concert........ Tongue

Keep screaming for it - AND THAT DOES NOT MEAN COMPLAIN!

LET IT BUILD LET IT GROW LET IT BUILD LET IT GROW

Axl wants to pass it on to a worthy/positive generation.
