Great news !
C'mon Axl, you know you should do it.
"Nothing would be bigger."
Axl should do what - have a reunion?
That would be really disrespectful to Steven.

My translation was, obviously, not good. Sorry... language limitations.
What they said in the radio is that Steven wasn't allowed to enter the airplane because he was very drunk.
Anyway, I know I fucked up my spanish-english translation, but this is how things are and Steven wasnt able to perform yesterday in Buenos Aires.
EDIT: I really dont know. People are saying different things. Now they're saying Steven got stranded in Brazil because of his drunkenness

It's clear that Adler wants a reunion to happen! But if he really wanted it that bad surely he must realise that he has to keep himself together. I mean if Axl happened to be keeping an eye on how Steven is coping with AA's touring/staying off drugs etc with the thought of a reunion someday (I'm not saying he is mind you, but Steven obviously is very hopeful), surely he can see that his behaviour is doing nothing to further his cause.
I know the guy is drug fu*ked, has had a stroke etc etc, but please the guy must have had a frontal lobotomy as well at some point becuase the way he is continuing to act astounds me.
As someone else posted - I think it's time for him to move on a bit and grow up. If he wants to stay as a washed up has been desperately clinging to the remnants of a squandered career in the biggest rock band in the world - well fine, keep on acting like an ass clown, but don't expect the current situation to change.
It's sad for the guy because I take my hat off to him and the other original members for what they created whilst they were together.
But it's very simple - if he keeps acting like a complete dickhead he will continue to be treated as the skid mark on the underpants of life!

Yeah, why would Axl want to make a career move with a reunion involving Adler when it seems pretty clear that he still has no control over his drug use and behaviour.
If I were Axl I certainly wouldn't want to be relying on the guy in what appears to be his current state.

Not for awhile at least.
I wouldn't want Axl to play with those guys. I hold him to a higher standard.

Yes, Axl is very anti-drugs.
Axl hasn't taken many drugs in his life but to say he is anti-drugs is a bit of an exaggeration. There is an old gnr interview where he said he had no problem with people experimenting and thought drug laws were a bit harsh.

Yeh, precisely, an old interview. As you get older and see enough people die from the shit, your stance tends to become stronger.

Where's the new Axl interview that tells us he's now anti drugs then? Or are you just guessing/presuming?

That's total bollocks.
You don't know his opinion on drugs, so stop pretending you do, has he ever given a single interview where he even appeared to be 'very anti drugs'? The only real time Axl has mention drugs in the last 8 years is when Axl and Baz were reminiscing about the good old days on the Trunk interview with all the drug stories, did he ever sound like he was 'very anti drugs'? You've formed that opinion based on what you would like to think Axls opinion on drugs are, nothing more, so stop passing it off as fact.

There are young teenagers viewing this site as well.

I'll agree we don't know Axl's true feelings on drugs, but we do know he wasn't happy with some of the ex-members inability to stop dancing with Mr. Brownstone and made this well known.
