"Ain't It Fun"

Guns N' Roses (particularly because of Axl) should do a "Kiss and Make-Up Tour" with the following cities in mind:

Vancouver
St. Louis
Philadelphia
Charleston

That would put to rest the ill-will against the band these cities still harbor. GNR needs as many friends as they can have to let them perform wherever they want.

I think Detroit should be added to that list because of the "Walkout" in 02.

So the show in Auburn Hills, MI last year doesn't count?

Gnr had reserved to play a date in Atlanta at the Gwinett Center on the 2006 US tour and it fell through. My brother in law got the info the same way as this scenario. Reserving a date doesn't mean it will happen, but it does mean they are definitely up to something! ok

next dates, whenever they are scheduled, must be southamerican. There is a massive number of fans in southamerica, and GNR just did on show with the new lineup here.

My guess is the album is gonna be released late this year and the NEXT gnr date will be in southamerica, dunno what country though.

I had heard similar info about a month ago regarding a possible show in St. John's Newfoundland. But then Mysteron said they were going to focus on the album this year...

Well, if this is true, hopefully it is a prelude to Chinese Democracy coming shortly thereafter. It would be a silly move to start another North American tour without the CD.

Its ok for me. I'm from Argentina, but if I need to travel to Brazil, Colombia or wherever, I'll do it.

I'm only waiting for a date in country where I dont have to sell my car to see the band  hihi

A full blown Canadian tour is one of the final options left with regard to places they haven't toured without yet having released CD

Haven't played yet?   What about all those shows last fall in Canada?
